​Our services render evaluation to marching bands across the state of Texas and serves bands from all classifications from UIL classes 1A to 6A. Our staff, comprised of reputable adjudicators, will render a Monday night evaluation during a Monday night rehearsal from a remote location via Facebook Live Chat. Many of our customers are school marching bands in rural Texas locations and prefer the convenience of having an adjudicator come to them via technology and avoid the hassle of planning an additional trip. They also using this time to give students the opportunity to keep growing as they give yet another valuable performance during a school day. Groups typically select a 15 minute time slot between 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on a Monday rehearsal. No uniforms are required. The adjudicator will provide a rating alongside valuable feedback regarding marching, musical performance, and general effect to the groups entered. Groups will be ranked and results will be posted on this website later that evening. This evaluation will give groups feedback on which to build upon for that week. Groups may perform any amount of time of music and march to any drill prepared to that point in the season. The cost per evaluation will start at $50 per session based on service selected for a given season. Fee schedule and contract will be uploaded soon.
